American Association of University Administrators Board members and series co-hosts Dr. Lynn Burks and Dr. Sandra Affenito's guest is Jennifer Kolb, National Director of Workforce Development and Strategic Partnerships at MedCerts. Med Certs is a national online training provider strengthening the workforce through innovative eLearning solutions. Responsible for overseeing strategy and business development efforts at MedCerts, Jen will be sharing her research experience with Gen Z as well as the work she engages in, creating innovative solutions in the workforce -- working with educators, state leaders, grant agencies, and businesses to provide access to educational and career-related opportunities in support of “the new learner.”
